How we make it

We keep a short range and make it repeatedly, which is how the fit stops drifting between seasons. Orders leave Watervliet within 2 business days, and if something is wrong you have 30 days to send it back.

A short range, made repeatedly

We carry 13 styles across 4 categories, between $29.00 and $150.00. Keeping the range short is what lets us keep sizes in stock and stop the fit drifting between runs, which is the thing customers notice first when a small label grows too fast.

Materials

Lambswool and merino for knitwear, oxford and chambray cotton for shirts, canvas, corduroy and wool flannel for trousers. Each is chosen because it wears in rather than out, and because we know how it behaves after twenty washes.

Sizing and fit

Measurements are listed on every product page in inches, taken flat across the garment. If something arrives between two sizes, the return window covers the swap and we pay the postage when the fault is ours.
